Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and a second email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Delays or Address Issues

- The K Liners is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Postal service disruptions
- Natural delays (e.g., severe weather or holiday surges)
If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please
1) Check with neighbors or your local post office
2) Wait 24 hours in case of delayed scan
3) Contact us at orders@thekliners.kitchen if still unresolved
Packaging
We use eco-conscious, minimal packaging that protects your product and supports sustainability. All products are shipped with care to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order
