Cancellation Policy
- Need to cancel your order? No problem — but act fast!
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order — as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
To cancel:
Email us at orders@thekliners.kitchen with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order”
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy above to initiate a return after delivery.
Additional Notes
- Damaged or defective items: Please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
- Final Sale items: Some promotional bundles or discounted items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return.
- Late or missing refunds: If it’s been more than 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.
