Meet Kirsten Wilkins — Inventor, Mom, Problem Solver

Hello, I’m Kirsten — the creator of The K Liners . Like many of you, I often found myself wishing there was a simple way to divide my slow cooker. I searched the internet for solutions to “divide a crock pot” , hoping to make better use of this beloved kitchen appliance by cooking or warming multiple dishes at once. I wanted to save counter space, avoid using multiple pots, and cut down on cleanup time , especially in smaller kitchens where efficiency is everything.

That search quickly became a journey — one filled with sketches, prototypes, testing, a few setbacks, and plenty of small wins. What eventually emerged was the patented product you see today: a thoughtfully designed, reusable divider that helps you get more out of your slow cooker, with less mess.

Now, I’ll be the first to admit — the idea of dividing a slow cooker isn’t new. But what makes The K Liners truly unique is how they do it. I didn’t reinvent the wheel — I simply improved how it rolls. With the support of an incredible team, friends, and family, we turned a simple idea into something truly useful for everyday cooks.

What started as an idea turned into something real. With the help of engineers, kitchen safety experts, and a lot of late nights, The K Liners were designed, tested, refined — and eventually patented.

Today, they fit most 6–8 qt round and oval slow cookers, are made from BPA-free, heat-resistant , and dishwasher-safe Food Grade Silicone materials, and are crafted to last.
