Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Must be returned in the original packaging with any inserts or accessories
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
- Order history and customer service communications
Please note: Due to the nature of kitchen-use products, any used or opened liners are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective upon arrival.
How to Request a Return:
1) Email us at orders@thekliners.kitchen with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
2) Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions
3) You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
We reserve the right to deny refunds on items that do not meet return conditions.
